IF YOUR PACKAGE HAS BEEN CONFIRMED AS “DELIVERED” BEFORE 2PM, IT SHOULD BE AVAILABLE FOR SAME DAY PICK UP AFTER 4PM ON WEEKDAYS, AND AFTER 12:00PM ON SATURDAYS, NO EXCEPTIONS. IF YOUR PACKAGE ARRIVED AFTER 2:00PM, THEN YOUR PACKAGE WILL BE READY FOR PICK UP THE FOLLOWING BUSINESS DAY.
